Blizzard Customer Support is out of touch.

Closed my opened ticked without a real resolution.

So if Blizzard doesn’t wish to discuss your issues then what is the point continuing buying their products.

To be clear, you opened a total of four tickets, one of which was a Web Chat, and each one was answered trying to provide what insight they could.

Yes, it is probably accurate to say no real resolution was reached as you were attempting to appeal an account action and that penalty was upheld. We also would be unable to provide details into our investigation and findings you requested. That simply isn’t part of the process as we want to limit any insight into what we are looking for and how we are catching various exploitative behaviors.

Outside of that, there really isn’t much more I can provide, we do not permit the discussion of disciplinary actions on our forums. Sorry.
