Rox is taking a break. Let’s let them cool off.
Ha! I’m ambidextrous!
Have a good night!
I know I come to that realization more and more myself, I just find I have to step back, find a more positive thread to participate and remember when I see the people I’ve been arguing with, it helps when you see them outside of this fight, like in a cooking thread or something. We’re all passionate about this, just gotta remember we’re all more than just our opinion on elf flavors.
The first part got me scared there because I thought you were going to quote volume without consideration of percentiles.
That is correct, and while 8.7% is significant, I would not considered it statistically significant to be concerned over seeing as a large difference.
If it were vanilla wow and it was a difference of 65 to 35 Iw ould then be considered because the difference there would be nearly 2 to 1.
I STILL CANT DO IT!
Should they then pay attention to the Alliance players that are also tired of the topic or oppose High Elves?
And also, next time I see an Alliance player complaining about a Horde racial, I’m quoting this, thank you
I favor my left hand for most things, but when i was a kid I went to a private school… They tied my left hand to my desk so I’d learn to use my right hand. So I guess I’m not really ambidextrous but ya’ know.
You should see me type, I do it like a psycho.
Do you type with your arms crossing over the other or with a single digit?
wohrherwjhq’tyjkerj’nomi—
I tried what you suggested. As you can see, I had to stop before I completed in Shath’yar, the World Ending Spell and summoned the Herald of End Times; Firelord Nomi. A world of charred ash and burnt food is not my idea of happiness.
Nope. Not at all.
I laughed.
I laughed again.
No but I do it really really fast with two fingers and one thumb on each hand, leaning over the keyboard fingers flying everywhere. I look like the pianist from Charlie Brown. I’m a straight picture thinker (I can only think in words if i mouth the words to the things I’m thinking, like I’m talking to myself - I can’t even read without doing it) so I never look at the screen because I can clearly see what I’m typing in my head. In order to get the words going I make grunts and partial word sounds and don’t realize that I’m doing it or how loud I’m being.
I’m not.
Starting to see that you say people are lying when you’re cornered.
Do they have opposite cultures? Yes.
Are they enemies? Yes.
No lies.
Their development wasn’t undone just because they had their main problem fixed.
They just don’t need to Mana Vampire anymore.
Sure. Keep restarting this falsehood. I’m sure it will get you somewhere at some point.
Because Blood Elves would rather live with Humans and Dwarves right?
Because Blood Elves accept Half Elves right?
Because Blood Elves oppose the dangerous use of magic right?
Because Blood Elves view feeding off of living things just to survive as horrible and disgusting right?
The list goes on.
“Only political” is a straight up lie easily dismissed.
Because you misread the point again.
They add new things to races before they become playable. High Elves haven’t gotten this yet.
And it’s literally a major complaint how different the Nightborne are form the NPCs…
Sure. Keep saying that. lol
And they used different magics. Thus why their eye/skin/hair colors are different.
That’s lore and development rather you agree with it or not.
What have you countered exactly?
Saying “They are the same!” over and over isn’t a counter.
Still childish no matter how you want to spin it.
Everyone can scroll up and see I don’t care about aesthetics aside from them making lore sense.
Trying to catch me in some imaginary falsehood to try and make your case seem legit will get you nowhere.
Man, you really don’t give any importance to the lore.
You haven’t done that at any point actually lol
Okey but you will just dismiss it again.
They have different Hair/Eye/Skin Colors do to Fel Corruption.
They live in completely different locations.
They integrate with other cultures and aren’t reclusive like Blood Elves.
They do not seek power for powers sake like Blood Elves.
They accept Hunters and Blood Elves look down on them.
You’re the one trying to paint me as “Dishonest” because you don’t believe my motivations.
I’m talking about lore/story/themes and why they are important but you say I don’t care about them because it fits your arguments.
You say
But you speak for them?
But then try and call me out like you know better? Ridiculous.
This is true but you’re trying to say they would somehow be hurt but dismiss that a lot of Blood Elf fans are also High Elf fans?
Then why should I take your opinion on the subject? lol
That isn’t what I said at all.
You’re trying to make a case that Blood Elf fans would be hurt. I pointed out that there are contradictions to that because being a Blood Elf fan and a High Elf fan are not exclusive things and that people can like both groups for their differences.
Oh poor thing. His elf is not a delicate snowflake. Unique and special
You know what I miss? The ignore function.
To be fair, I’ve only had 1 person on ignore, but I would have like to have the chance to add a second to that.
Why don’t people like my elves who are perfect and have never done anything wrong and have all the powers and are better than other elves? Nuance is for casuals.
I dunno if the snowflake argument is a rabbit hole a helfer wants to go down, me lover.
Figured I would share this again and try and steer the subject back on track.
Some general ideas for developing High Elves.
Nice try.
I’m gonna tell you a secret, hunny.
You feel offended because I tell the truth in a funny way (for me). There’s not more to it
I stopped reading it past here but I assume the rest of it is congratulating me for winning the argument.
Trolling Broflake makes him stronger, you’re only improving your enemie’s armor.
Yes yes there it is
