I was out of the loop for a bit and am not finding much history (beyond noting that it happened)…So what happened? Wasn’t Overwhelming Force 25% before on Mistweaver? Were they doing too much damage or something? 5% damage seems kinda…I dunno, I feel punished now instead of rewarded. Also why not just Spinning Crane Kick.
it was nerfed coming into 11.1, where we had giga damage with master of harmony the season prior. the nerf was paired alongside a celestial conduit damage buff of 30%, so it was meant as a way to bring both trees closer together with their damage.
regardless, the tree hasn’t seen any changes to vitality since the tree’s initial buff in 11.0 so the amount of damage the tree can do is still significantly linked to harmonic gambit with a slight entry on overwhelming force.
Thanks for the link! Guess it makes sense. If it was overperforming it was overperforming, just sucks that it’s a whole heckin 5% now. I really like the passive on BrM but it feels like such a nothing burger on MW.
They nerfed MW damage like 5 times since 11.1
