Please Remove The Annoying "Music/Tones" When Skyriding

That annoying mystical, whimsy, enchanted melody that constantly plays while recharging vigor while skyriding with its different alternating tones and pitches drives me crazy. Please give the option to turn it off. My music in-game is turned off. This is the melody/music I’m referring to. [Annoying Vigor Recharging Melody]

Now that TWW has added super annoying and creepy NPC idle sounds to the game for no good reason, it would be nice to find a list of all these sound IDs so it’s not so disturbing to stand around in a city.
