No, a DH can NOT wear plate. TWW will allow you as DH to unlock a plate APPEARANCE for your plate character to wear, but can not wear it themselves.

That’s useless, imagine being a game director (Ion) and being completely out of touch with what playerbase whants. How you be so useless, no clue.
