Feedback is in regards to matters that are not set in stone. Such as gameplay, class balance, but not the rules of the game.
Their rule, multiple times, has been that multi-boxing is not breaking the rules. Continuing to claim they are breaking the rules after they’ve ruled otherwise, is simply just seeking to argue against what Blizzard has created.

The community think its largely negative because they’ve affected the community negatively. So because they view it negatively, it means they’ve been affected negatively, when the fact of the matter is that there is no actual harm being done. So yes, it is the popularity argument, and if you are going to argue multi-boxing is against the rules then the communities opinion of it does not matter.
You would need to show objectively how it is harmful to the game.
You have yet to demonstrate this besides stating the community perceives their actions as negative.
It is not comparable to a health matter because there is no objective harm being done.
Except for the fact that arguing multi-boxing as cheating means they cannot do it at all, which is not comparable to requesting smokers conduct it outside or in designated areas.
