Manual input requires active game window, if your game is minimized and performs any actions at all - it is automation.

You might want to read over it a little bit more carefully. Blizzard stated they donât support the âmultiboxing toolsâ not multiboxing itself. What does that mean? They donât support 3rd party software programs used for multiboxing just like they donât support add-ons like recount/details/big wigs ect.
They just wont help you with it.

They are using software outside of wow that presses a button in multiple instances and mirrors actions across the board. This is not automatically controlling the characters that alot of people believe. your Keyboard and mouse only interact with 1 piece of software at a time so there is software to mimic button presses across multiple pieces of software. Then they create macros for the rest all of which is allowed by blizzard. Banning such software would be detrimental to any gamers who use software for physical conditions. There is software to mimic mouse movements using special instruments for people playing only using their mouth. Should he not be allowed to play because no 3rd party software allowed to run in the background? The key difference is that software is not doing anything like botting where it takes control over your characters and does things without your input, Where multiboxing is all controlled by a keyboard and mouse with alot of macros.

I could say the power while multiboxing is about as good as you are times the accounts you own, where the individual peopleâs powers randomizes, could be higher or lower then the multiboxerâŚ
I could say itâs very inconvenient to setup, or expensive to pull off, and i wouldnât constitute it as a pay 2 win due to how inconvenient and how it doesnât give you all the power in the world due to my earlier pointâŚ

Blizzard has clearly stated it is allowed. It is directly indicated on their support section for World of Warcraft.
Multiboxing is not wealth/class division. That being said, it exists in life because those who are smarter/work harder deserve the rewards that come with it. Those who work less and/or are less intelligent will always be rewarded less. That is how life works.
