The problem is as said an issue of perception.
You probably see that multiboxer because geographically they live near you. So they get put in the same shard as you frequently. When I do game (MB) I frequently see another multiboxer who plays a 5 boxed crew but thatās it. Very rarely a 10 boxer but off peak hours where shards are fewer and odds are higher.
In truth there are probably hundreds of people on your server alone that hit up Nazjatar for herbs. You wonāt see them because the shard capacity is probably like two dozen players at most. I say two dozen because I typically donāt see that many outside of being in a raid group.

I donāt see this epidemic at all. I play quite a bit and I see maybe one multiboxer in any given day. I see a large team even less than that. The way you worded this makes it seem like there are thousands of them flying around and crashing the economy which is just not true at all. The number of people who regularly multibox in large teams of 5-10 is probably in the low hundreds at most
Well until you boxers acknowledge that you can collect more resources in less time there really isnt anything to explain. If you need help understanding how a small group of people who have the majority of a resource can manipulate markets then I suggest you put down the mouse and pick up a book.
The problem with your logic is a multi-boxer with 5 toons has no more impact on the economy than 5 individually controlled toons doing the same thing. You seem to be upset that itās one person controlling them. I say if someone wants to drop upwards of $75 bucks a month and at least a grand or so on machines to run a MB team so they can have gold that anyone can just straight up purchase, let um.
