Are you resorting to calling multiboxers botters because you’ve realised you have no logical argument against multiboxers?
I enjoyed my garrison and Valley farm, and still use them. I’ve mini-farmed IRL to feed my family. I doubt Blizzard will bring either back, but I’d be happy for them too.
However I wouldn’t know how bot runners would feel about that. I’m waiting for you to truthfully tell me.

Sitting at a computer pressing a button to control each movement is just the same as going to bed and leaving a program to run characters all night.

Botting…well its brain dead simple download program. Set movement,actions keys. Set path to follow if mining/gathering, set npc to kill if farming npc push start walk away take nap, get coffee, go see a movie, drag race down the highway. Come home praise bot for doing all the hard work.

OH forgot if you take nap, get coffee, go see a movie and drag race while multiboxing. Your characters stand in one spot…doing nothing but stare into the distance mindlessly until they auto afk. Followed by the good old kicked offline for being afk too long.
I can tell you how I do it.
I put 4 toons on follow, travel to a node, alt/tab to harvest the node on each, then travel to the next node.
Unless I want to do it faster. Then I get my family and we we travel together, each picking at the same time.
I highly doubt you are alt tabbing to each character… but just in case you are… that is the saddest thing I have ever heard.
Does your family give you all the herbs so you can put them on the AH for the agreed upon standard price of 40g per herb?
Have you ever tried Pin-the tail on the Eeyore, (which I’m told is Winnie-the-Pooh’s favourite game,) while blind, drunk and dizzy?
I’m sure you could manage that with more accuracy than you show here with your silly attempts at insults.
What insults where? All I want is the ability to get the resources I need without having to pay for a WoW Platinum account, what with the 5 accounts you somehow control like a n64 hacker. The only insult here is the concept of multiboxing and its an insult to everyone who pays for this game.

I’m flexible, and quite happy to play this game in whatever manner Blizzard allows. It’s a pity you feel so much unhappiness you are compelled to throw untrue insults at people you don’t know.
There is no need to be so obsessed with gold-making. It’s not something you need much of at all. Playing a game really should be about having fun.
Did you know what a screen can be just like a mirror? But its not so much gold making as it is being able to get enough of the resource that I need.
Okay so apparently no one is seeing the actual problem here. I may have to wait until sunrise before I check back. I’m pretty sure some of the lurkers already know the answer but they are lurkers. Not everyone feels like posting… in this place. That’s fine. But you should be the better person here, kainsi. Defend your multiboxing brethren.
I’m not defending multiboxers any more than I defend people who pay for the goods they buy and drive sober, at or under the speed limit, on the correct side of the road.
People doing what Blizzard has always said is fine, and possibly supplying crafting professions at the same time by keeping prices for the workers down, do not need defending.
