You clearly are spreading misinformation. I have banned a brand new account of mine from reporting it. The email you get is an automated email that says your fellow players have reported you for cheating. There is ZERO GM interaction.
No, you really haven’t. I’d love to see you post over in the CS forums and have a blue confirm you were “auto-banned”.

If you find a boxer farming an area, try to ask them if you can tag or join in? Most boxers I have dealt with always allowed me to join them. They do monitor their chat panes. Botters don because there is no one there manning the helm. if you are nice about it and not rude which will get you ignored.
Of course they are not going to admit that the system is automated because that opens all kinds of legal issues of them no longer handing out consequences and it being players. An account that is 3 days old with a character that hasnt left the starting zone has no reason to be banned. Yet I was able to trigger a suspension on it to prove a point.
I’m betting there are details that are being left out here. You should follow Perl’s advice and post over in Customer Support.
If Blizz doesn’t do anything about solo players ganking my quest NPCs you can go ahead and bet they aren’t going to do anything about a multiboxer laying waste to quest mobs 
Im also not the only one who has shown this to be the case. There are plenty of other people who have done it and posted about it on reddit. There is 100% an autoban feature.

that is kind of the point lol, multiboxing as its done is not possible without the software to facilitate it because the option is to have many many screens with a client on each and clicking through those, or to alt tab through them hitting a keybind each time. you wouldnt get the massive wall of pain like you see from multiboxing now, you’d get 1 spell every second or 2, frostbolt 2 seconds frostbolt 2 seconds frostbolt etc
after CCP outlawed ISboxer in eve online i did continue to run multiple mining ships for a while but i i was alt tabbing and even had clients staggered and in reduced size so i could manage my mining ships and the little cruiser i had for support purposes. No where near as effecient as with ISboxer when i’d have 5 cruisers flying in a blob shooting at things, every ship opening fire on the same target with a single keypress
if you dont have many screens with a client on each and clicking through them to make active to fire a spell, or are not alt tabbing, how do you get each non active client to activate, given how only the active client actually responds to a keyboard key press?

problem with that is in the alliance zones its horde players, large armies of boomkins all but 1 stand in a big clump with 1 running around aoe pulling everything. And in the horde leveling zones… its alliance boomkins doing the exact same thing - big stationary lump with 1 running around aoe pulling.

This is what you see when a report threshold has been reached. Customer service does not involve the banning of accounts. That is not the scope of their job. Any time a GM takes action against your account or investigates, they will leave a nameplate or signature of their name for records sake. You notice that isnt here. I can upload a pic if you dont believe me from this.

Nope… my own lame style of it would continue. Why? Because putting a baby toon on /follow while I kill all his quest mobs doesn’t require anything other than me not losing them on a stick they can’t toddle over.
