Are there multi procs for alchemy in SL?? If so where?

Nope, they removed them, probably to align with the longer 5 minute cool down.

I need my double procs! I need I need I need. Feels bad farming herbs all day to just make 50 phantom potions

So I guess that transmutation that I grinded for is worthless?

Not yet, but probably.

They made us wait 12 months for it last expansion.

I was highly enjoying using my W.L.K. Alchemists of each spec to craft M.O.P. and W.O.D. and Legion recipes, but all good things must come to an end.
