By all the codes Blizz gave Pepsi having been redeemed. Will Blizz give them more? At the moment the answer is looking like no, it doesnât show that more codes will be coming like it does with some other sold out items. For the record, when they did the same promo with FFXIV the mount wasnât restocked when it sold out.
Yeap, I had the same issue and a took a week for me to get a new code.

Its been 5 days for me. I tried last Wednesday morning. I put in my code and clicked redeem on the mount, then the chillbot. Chillbot email was sent immediately but the mount code email still hasnt come. I emailed them, got the auto reply, and I am still waiting on that mount code that may never come. I have a whole other 12 pack code to use as well but I am afraid to do anything until the mount is sorted.
I got the bike right away, but never got the code for the chillbot. Probably never will.
So one thing I learned about Gmail: the âPromotionsâ tab does not show in the Inbox or in âAll Mail.â Why? I have no idea. Itâs not in the spam tab either. But thatâs where I found one of my codes. Not both⊠just one. lol
Yeah, I tried searching for keywords. Redeem, world of warcraft, mtn dew. The mount code just never came through. I hope they can see that they never sent it. I am curious if anyone has actually gotten a real reply from customer support and had it resolved.
Mine didnât come up in a search either. I had to go through every weird tab Gmail has before I found it. Was really dumb.
My iPhone Mail app is what finally showed me it existed. Go figure.
Anyone else having issues logging in or redeeming? The last 24 hours I was trying to redeem some points and it just gave me infinite loading, today I was logged out and it infinite spinning to log in.
Yeah, Iâve been having the same issue since last night. I even tried a different internet browser.
Been getting frustrated with this promotion because so far, Iâve gotten a 20oz that had the xbox marketing on the label but didnât have a code under the lidâŠand another bottle that the code wouldnât work withâŠand now this loading thing.
I keep a check on every folder. No email.

I sent another email this morning at 10:30 am and got a response within 3 hours. Someone sent me both of my codes, and since the pet I already redeemed was in included, I know all they had to do was look me up and get me the code that was never sent. Problem resolved.
