Ok I guess this is where my polite conversation with you ends. Good luck on whatever goal you’re working on.
Now I’m more than convinced it actually was Warrior and you’re mad because I guessed correctly you did the easiest ones
Your entire post became garbage the instant you wrote this.
To get it out of my system, it was havoc dh and the next ones I’m going after are ret paladin and balance druid next.
I mean, it’s probably enough time for players like us who are comfortable to do it, but you do have to take into account the bottom line. One week is nothing for players who don’t usually do challenging content and want to push themselves
Yea there’s no reason to not make it available year round. There isn’t a way to outgear it so it really should be up all the time. I completely agree with you.
And your post was garbage from the moment you decided to not actually add anything to the discussion. I openly made it known that my post was my opinion and nothing more.
And you know as much as I do that Blizzard has done a lot of things to spite players. “You think you do, but you don’t”.
Everyone has to pull their weight in keys at that level. Even in 20’s if someone derps a time or two too many it can kill the key. Granted there is a big difference in people running 25+ keys and people running 20’s and people running 22/23’s. But even 20’s aren’t “easy”.
But the fact remains, some of the challenges are seriously overtuned. One of my friends is 3k+ rating in both 2’s and 3’s, raids Mythic at a high level and clears 25/26 keys. And he still spent hours upon hours upon hours wiping and struggling in some of the challenges he did. When top tier players of such a high caliber struggle that much, there is no way that the tuning is “fair” for the masses, for what is a limited time event that’ll be available twice a year.
I have not read all the intervening posts , so this is based on Just the OP’s ridiculous statement… the Mage Tower is NOT the end of World of Warcraft…good bad indifferent its a passing issue like EVERY issue in a virtual universe . Over time it will be re-worked , de-bugged and re-balanced to make more people happy than unhappy.
Mean while so long as the game nets more than it costs … it will go on .
I’m an absolute nobody and am getting these challenges done. My highest pvp rating was like 1200. Never did a raid beyond normal. Either these mythic 1% raiders are not that great, or I’m underselling my own abilities.
The very thing I do not like about WoW is the end of Blizz
Meh ppl crying over MT just like they did with proving grounds
The forms will cry over anything and everything it doesn’t matter what blizzard does
That is horrible logic. So yeah, just give everything the player wants so that way they get it in 20 mins then never do it again.
How about they just give out all the loot too to everyone since that is what they want and to not be challenging to get. Hey look at that. I have all my bis items in a few days. I guess nothing more for me to do now. /unsub.
That won’t be it either. Because falling off flight points, the zeppelin or through the earth has been a bug in the game since Vanilla.
It has happened to me at times.
Yeah well if the main tank dies the group most likely wipes
I wonder how many of these people saying challanges are good will go back again after getting the mog .
Look, here’s the thing.
I’d gladly do some of Diablo IIIs hardest content. I like the Belial fight, I enjoy a challenge that is POSSIBLE. Not easy, but definitely possible with the right build.
But I don’t think it very fun if you have to get a specific build for a specific fight. Yes, minmaxing is a thing or cheesable items can make a thing possible, but if skill isn’t enough then what gives? Yes, some skilled people have done it sub-optimally but I have yet to see them ACTUALLY discuss how they did it beyond ‘practice’. Yes, practicing is good, but what good is practice if you don’t know what entirely you’re doing wrong even if you read up on the fight?
Note: I’ve done some Savage on FFXIV. I’ve done Light Rampant if anyone knows of that mechanic. Just because I know what to do and have practiced it 100 times does not make it easy to get into. Yes you’ll naturally get better as you keep trying, but it helps to understand WHAT you’re aiming for.
My bet would be exactly zero. Those people don’t actually care about the challenge. They care about being able to lord something over people.
Absolutely true
