We did not asked for this. I laughed when I read it lol. It sounds legit, it can happen irl though.
To me, it seems that blizzard is doing everything to avoid Deep Freeze 
giving us stuff we did not asked for.
Edit: it would be op and will make us the only caster, besides Demo, to have a MS effect.
