It’s rune of apocalypse and it applies a healing reduction effect to your ghoul’s claw attack, as well as other effects. It used to be a gold artifact trait I believe in Apocalypse, the unholy artifact weapon in Legion. It now is a runeforge and competes with fallen crusader.
