I can have fifty alliance hit a wolf and suddenly it drops haunches like a centipede, but if a single lone orc sneezes on it first, now there’s nothing for me.
Even if you are going to have restricted loot by faction, it should be who did the most damage to it, not who hit it first, sick of grey mobs being kited into my consecration.
WRONG! They only worked together for ONE game in the rts series! Seems like it’s mostly Horde players who want to unite the factions because they’ve basically LOST!
Destroy the Horde, then we can talk about assimilation of the Hordes races into the Alliance.

WG is basically who s def and IOC alliance wins regularly.
Btw major reason why AV and ashran alliance loses is because of merc mode bringing low geared horde players to spam epic bgs to grind honor, so you have those low geared plus alliance low geared in a BG where team fight is much more important.
IOC is about defending vehicles or attacking with vehicles, WG def just has a much easier time because they cant sit at SR with turrents hiting by the flag.
They do, just gotta collect the cross faction ones.

I have been playing the Warcraft series since 1995.
Factions are essential to the Warcraft universe.
If Blizzard decides to do away with the separation of the Horde and the Alliance… that will make me quit, after 26 years of being a Warcraft fan.
(C’mon, it’s the World of Warcraft. If you don’t want faction wars… you really should find another game, instead of trying to destroy the key core of a 26-year-old franchise.)

Imagine these people honestly thinking that it would make sense for a human to do the quests in Silvermoon. Or better yet, a night elf doing Horde quests in Ashenvale.

The game atm has simple low activity because the game is bad atm not because of factions.
Brewfest kodo can be used by alliance, tiger drop in in darkshore can be used by horde and so on. I didnt misunderstood i simple stated what you wish for is already in the game.
Agreed. Other MMOs need to follow the same example. Some already do.
All it does is divide the playerbase. Perhaps WoW can afford not doing so since it is huge, but those with smaller populations mean that it becomes difficult to find a group for things.
My main is from Dalaran, in which the Horde already established a presence. Why can’t she group up with Hordies for PvE adventures?
PvP isn’t usually part of the reason for cross faction group play. It’s normally about PvE.
