Moved you to your own thread since your issue looks unrelated. Your test looks extremely poor. I’d expect your problem is either with your connection to your router, or router’s connection to your modem or ISP. There’s massive packet loss showing up right after your router, and that can be caused by anything from that point and earlier.

In your case, I’d reset your network devices, swap to ethernet if you’re on wifi, and contact your ISP if neither works. You’d probably need to replace your router and/or modem if that fails.
