Please move feral Frenzy to the right side of the tree. FF absolutely mandatory in pvp. Its current position means we spend several points to get FF that we don’t need or want while we missing some of the capstones over on the right that we definitely want.

I am not asking this to insult you or anything, but are you basing this on the number of talent points you have now or when you are level 70?
Blizzard balances things around max level. Feral suffered from this is Wrath because we did not get SR until 75. Until then, you dps was not very good. If you want it to be perfect now, well, they are really unlikely to fix it, see Wrath example.
I would suggest looking at WoWHead’s talent calculator and see if you can get everything you want/need at level 70.
