Red Draenei Warlocks so I could play my Tiefling in WoW? I’m down with that.
Also, if Draenei ever get access to the Demon Hunter class, I am paying for a race change faster than you can say “I sacrificed everything, what have you given?!”

It wasn’t until BFA did the horde have any real positive interactions with the Zandalari trolls, yet now we’re welcome to afk in their city. We also got a friendly group of Mogu as well. Explaining that a few Manari saw the error of their ways afterwards wouldn’t be the hardest nor the most outlandish thing Blizzard has done.

There’s a pretty big difference between the interactions the horde have had with the Zandalari and those that we’ve had with the Manari. The Manari have spent the past 10000 years trying to erase all life. They destroyed countless worlds and lives, and because of them orcs and draenei both lost their homeworlds.
The Zandalari had something the Horde wanted, the Manari have nothing that the Horde could ever want.
yeah its different but the point is that just because something has always been a badguy doesn’t mean its impossible to write a rogue faction. They’ve done it several times. The manari wouldn’t be any different.
I mean, it could be explained, they are still part of the same race and with the legion gone there are likely a few who feel they have lost their place and need guidance, it would not be too out of character for Valen to take them in and try to redeem them, since A, thats the kind of thing he does and B, it would be a means to atone for his feeling of how he failed to save his own son, who was, an Eredar.
Edit: To clarify, I still think it shouldn’t happen not every cool race needs to be playable. But it is definitly plausable within th lore.

red draenei aren’t mortals anymore, they’re demons.
it’s more of a change to them than lightforged draenei, it should absolutely not be a skin customization.
now i could see man’ari becoming playable at some point. but it’d need a good explanation.

A race that had its roots in the alliance being on the alliance. Really not something you can compare. Blood elves have always and will always be an alliance race, even if they are currently part of the horde. Their roots and thematic is still very much alliance.
They were only put on the horde to make alliance players move to the horde where they could still play a pretty alliance race but balance out the numbers.

sigh Eredar are demons . . . even with the legion gone why the FUNKWAGGLE would they join our petty little conflict?
Also between draenei warlocks and undead paladins are the LEAST likely race / class combo to be added . . . in my opinion
No “redemption” for the Man’ari.
We’re having a Man’ari ship crash land on Azeroth somewhere because space goats suck at driving, and the Faction of Peace is gonna scoop them up because “something something void lords, something something BLIGHT THE DRAENEI, BURNING CRUSADE NOW”.
They don’t give a toss about being the good guys; Sargeras’ most devout just want to see the Void stopped and with the Legion undone we’re now the universe’s best bet at accomplishing that. But since the Draenei (especially Lightforged) aren’t gonna let them in the Alliance, Horde’s naturally their first pick.

“petty little conflict” people always say things like this, but it shows a lack of understanding of how demons actually work in wow.
demons are not these supernatural beings in wow. they don’t have some grand overarching vision of reality and the conflicts within and without. they’re just extra-dimensional aliens basically.
man’ari themselves are a race corrupted into demons, so they have a mortal perspective already. there could be any reason for a group of them decide to try to rejoin a mortal society.
I mean it’s gonna happen eventually and we all know it. Probably when Illidan comes back and the Burning Crusade is redeemed and Sargeras was proven to do nothing wrong.

Any man’ari still left became man’ari for one reason . . . POWER. Sure maybe some got caught in the crossfire, but those that did not follow velen chose their path, and now that the legion is gone they aren’t just gonna roll up to stormwind or Orgrimmar and be all “we’re sorry we tried to kill ya and all, can we join you?”
And even if they did do you honestly believe we’d just accept them? Maybe Velen but yea I’d say at least 98% of every living being on Azeroth would opt to cull them. You want them to join a side? They aren’t seeking redemption, they want power, promise em power and maybe it’ll happen
