Mouseover macro

I need a mouseover macro that will cast a spell on a player im healing when mouseoverd and on me when not. Is that possible

Target Friend: Cast on Target
Target Enemy Targeting Friend: Cast on Enemy’s Target
Default casting behavior. This condition also serves to generate the correct tooltip.
