Every time I have logged in today 5/20/2026 I lose the ability to select abilities, mobs, and townsfolk with my cursor. I have already made sure my mouse’s drivers and firmware are up to date. I have tried playing with and without add-ons turned on I have made sure that WoW was the only program I had open and no other program like Chrome or Microsoft Edge was running on my 2nd screen. Also I tried using a different mouse to make sure it was not my mouse and still was having the issue. This is not the first time I have had this problem. I have searched online for fixes and have implemented the ones I have found and still I am having that issue. Please fix as the game is unplayable while this is going on.
Any overlays? Several apps have them, Discord, your GPU software, mouse and keyboard software.

No I made sure to turn them off plus I rarely use Discord while playing WoW. I have found a fix the only thing that I have consistently been running in the background is battle.net. So as long as I do not have battle.net turned on and I have not started the game from battle.net I can play with out any issues.
