Mouse dragging getting stuck after last patch

So when i’m playing the arrow is getting stuck or dragging, like it doesnt move freely on the screen… what the frick is happening? Cant play like this. It doesnt happen that often but often enough to be EXTREMELY annoying. For pvp is an absolute game killer, Need help asap.

I am also experiencing the rubberbanding issue.

i tried running wow repair to fix it , now i cant play cause the launcher is stuck in a loop where its scanning for problems in the game.
