All the mounts have appeared for me today after reset except for the Grotto Netherdrake Black scales

The Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard and Coralscale Salamanther are not being credited even though we have the achievements.
Some people were mailed the Salamanther, but some (like me), were not.

I can confirm that I was not mailed the Coralscale Salamanther upon today’s hotfix. However, I see the mount come up in the dungeon journal when I search for it, however I do not know it despite having the achievement.
I am also missing the black scales for the Netherdrake too.

iam having that problem too. I hope Blizz doesnt leave us mount collectors high and dry by not fixing this. I have put in alot of work to get these achieves done the least they can do is make sure we are properly rewarded for our work.

The “Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard” mount can now be used, but I still don’t have the onyx scales for my dragonriding netherdrake.

Can confirm I don’t have the Coralscale Salamanther, even though I have Into the Storm completed. I’m guessing its an issue with pre 10.2.6 completion.
Never got an email and relogged plenty of times.

Same on my end, the bestowed mounts are now showing up, but still no Onyx Scales.

yep missing, logged on to any characters could of been on and no mail or items in inventory.
Even made sure addons werent conflicting as well as an admin level repair on the client. Still nothing.
Adding another voice that Coralscale Salamanther remains unlearned despite having the ‘Into the Storm’ achievement since 12/28/22, and despite today’s patch notes that it has been fixed. No in game mail with a bugged item has been noted during this patch on my main or any other character.
Another friend of mine remains in the same situation.
As of 3/27/2024, I still don’t have the Coralscale Salamanther despite it stating it was fixed it hotfix notes today.
I have the achievement yet I still don’t have the mount.

In case this helps anyone, the achievement behavior seems a bit wonky. I finished the “into the storm” achievement a year ago, but noticed it changed the completion date to the day the patch dropped, but only on the character that I first logged on with that had all the credentials (not my main). It seems like Storm Chaser and Into the Storm were the only account wide sub-achievements. Elemental Overload and Stormed Off are greyed out on alts that did not complete them. All other characters, even if they had the credentials, who did not log in first have the old achievement date. I seem to have received the mount in the mail on the character I first logged into on the first day of the patch that was able to re-trigger the achievement via the credentials and has the new achievement date.

This doesn’t work here - First character I logged in on the patch day was my main, the character I had all my achievements done on.
I would really hope this doesn’t mean I’ll need to farm 8 invasion rares again on an alt to get my mount. Guess I’ll go ahead and do that anyway, since I have partial credit on one of my alts…
Ah, well it was worth a shot in case someone didn’t realize they had triggered it on another character. Maybe it can help them find the source of the bug, as well. I only found the mount because I searched my bag addon and it showed it was in an alt’s mailbox, then I discovered the achievement date oddity. I’m sure they’ll fix it so you don’t have to re-farm anything. They’ve been pretty quick about fixing these issues lately.
I will try the alt method (its not too bad since Chasing the Storms is account wide) and report in a few hours if that worked.

Sounds like a plan, good luck! It’s interesting since my alt that triggered the new achievement date had done the achievements back when they were current, so it is definitely not just a “need to get the achievements after the patch to trigger it” issue.
I’ll sooner open a ticket about a missing reward than re-grind any part of that achievement, personally.
