Does On a Pale Horse (and the pally effect that is the same thing) work in bgs or arenas? Does it work in war mode out in the world like in Nazjatar? Does it affect flying mounts?

And it does not stack with the 20% mount speed bonus equipment that BFA enchanters make, correct?

Does it stack with the guild perk that boosts mount speed?

Also, does the guild perk work in bgs or arenas? And does the guild perk work in war mode?

No.

Mount speed bonus’ generally don’t stack with one another, the only exceptions (I believe) are Pathfinder and the guild one. So you can’t stack the mount equipment with On a Pale Horse, but it stacks with the guild buff.
