It says healing surge applies flame shock to a nearby enemy. So if we have two stacks of MoTE, does it apply flame shock to two different enemies, or just one?
Also, if flame shock is on multiple enemies, will Lava Burst hit those enemies as well, or is that just an Elemental trait?
I actually haven’t tried it but the way it reads I think you get up to two stacks and then each healing surge consumes one stack and applies flame shock to a nearby enemy.
Then the flame shock ticks will each give a chance for a lava surge, but lava bursting on multiple targets is the elemental spec primordial wave.
So long and short of it. It will increase your flame shock spread, and hence your chances to proc lava surge.
3 charges of Lava Burst with MoTE could be some gnarly dps in keys, and pvp

But Odin is right. Uses 1 charge to place 1 Flameshock
