You don’t even know what the one shot burst does because if you did you would know it’s based on a pve trinket that hits the nearest enemy, so not reliable… I also play a rogue and have the macro so I know exactly what it does. You’re talking about a blow everything macro that will only work in a duel and random bg, and has no place in rated games above 1200 or people with a brain
