If execute actually had the power to close out games, I would say these changes were okish but nope they gave that execute buff we were asking for to fury (lol?).

If they are going to lower the damage increase from avatar and colossus smash “burst” windows, they should increase the duration… this is absurd. Arms already has the WORST burst damage and finishing potential of any spec in game currently.
