Most boring classes/specs you have played

BM Hunter. I have never, in all of my time playing wow, been able to level one of these past 40.

Are we? Im asking for real… I’m trying to play only 1 of my toons because I dont have time, but struggling to decide.
My worries about lock are having very low movility, hating demonology, and not having a heal spec like a Shadow Priest if I ever get bored of dpsing.

My options are: Priest (391), Warlock (379), Druid (378) and Rogue (355)

Locks are great at the moment… Well all those classes you mentioned seem to be in a good spot.

I would suggest the one that you find the most fun, or if you’re looking for versatility, then i would surely say druid.

Balance and Resto are both quite strong.

SPriest. im at 103 and just got really tired of the routine. My main excitement is seeing how fast my shield gets broken before the debuff comes off so I can make a new one.

Since gcd changes and the removal of artifact abilities not requiring a talent slot and no more legion legendaires to spice things up?

Yes. Pretty sure it’s the best answer here.

Affliction is horribly boring.

Havoc is the most boring though. It’s not exclusive to BfA. It’s a MOBA spec in wow. It was in Legion too.

Which I gather the developers view as perfection unfortunately.

Arms Warrior and Enhancement feel really boring this expansion, i didn’t remember it being that bland and uninteresting in Legion, i miss the artifacts.
Beastmastery Hunter is a close third for being so brainless, but unlike Fury Warrior which have a good skill ceiling and a fun rotation, this one is just keeping barbed shot on.

All of them ever since Legion :frowning:

Arcane mage.

Just to nit pick here; no. They don’t.

Demon Hunters. I have one for the sake of claiming that I have one and knowing how they work, but I don’t actually care for them. To be fair, I’m usually uninterested in most things associated with Illidan as he is not generally interesting to me and having a class based around him was always unappealing to me.

They’re exactly what I expected them to be every single time I shot them down pre-Legion; melee Warlocks.

Laser eyes are cool though.

DH are in no way comparable to locks. You could argue fury warrior, but not warlock.

Fel spells, fel appearance, fel attitude. As far as I’m concerned, melee Warlock.

It’s the same reason I don’t want a Necromancer class despite LOVING the Necromancer from DII. It would be a spell-flinger Death Knight. If I want to play a non-Shadow Priest, I play a Paladin.

Classes with themes that cross over with each other too much are dangerous because it removes diversity. It’s why I was adamantly against Demon Hunters, am still adamantly against Necromancers and Dark Rangers, and still believe Tinker is THE BEST class to add as it fills a class thematic niche that doesn’t exist in the game; technological.
