Most annoying class in classic?

In the end, no class is really flawed. It’s pretty much PEBKAC.

AoE is super annoying if you’re trying to tank. They also print money in ZF… so anyone using a mage to farm gold is just as bad as the gold farming bots, imo.

Idiot warlocks with pets have caused a number of wipes in my groups. Let’s not forget the “heal my pet” and “keep me topped off while I life tap endlessly.” Both idiot warlocks and idiot priests have a fear which is deadly in dungeons, too.

Also, levelling feral and being forced to heal in dungeons makes you feel ineligible for any gear: you get chewed out for rolling “off spec” on leather, and don’t roll on cloth because you don’t want to be a tool to the warlock / mage.

Levelling Feral I just told everyone I was going to roll on both healing and feral gear as I was both. If they didn’t agree (they almost always did) I just left as usually someone who can heal/tank/dps has a way easier time finding a dungeon than a rogue or a warrior dps.

Shaman: literally every button is Purge.

Sorry no playable goblins in classic

Do you want playable Goblins? Cause this is how you get playable Goblins…

Warlock, Priest : These are pretty cool guys and have zero flaws.

Warlock: Shows up last so they don’t have to summon.
Priest: Only priest online willing to come, but says, “I am DPS.”

(P.S. I’d show up last too if I were a warlock.)

Believe me when I say it does get VERY annoying when people just expect a summon to every dungeon or raid just because there is a lock in the group. I’m sorry, your time is not more valuable than my time; if I can make to BRM from Orgrimmar without a summon I see no reason why you can’t either. If I happen to be one of the first three people then I will most definitely summon the remaining to get the run started. Having said that, if you and I are both in Orgrimmar and you decide that your time is more valuable than my time and that I can just summon you when I get there??? Well, I’ll just say good luck with that.

Shaman, when your aoe target spell chain lightning does 100x more than your single target spells on a single target fight. Shamies get a mage pom pyro with a 100% tactical nuke chance. I’ve never been hit by a chain lightning that has not nuked my HP pool even as a bear tank.

It’s fun watching them get three kills from one chain lightning.

Every time, it happens I hear Jeffrey Steitzer 's “TRIPLE KILL!”.

Elemental Shamans always lookin for that snipe.

at least from a pvp perspective, hunters and warlocks are the most annoying. their main purpose in a premade is to be annoying. traps, viper stings, curse of tongues, rinse & repeat.

To be fair, I’d say about 3/4 of the warriors I’ve grouped with do not use battle shout, which is great AoE threat. About the same amount of druids never think of using their HoTs and DoTs for generating initial threat. And most people never really got to group with prot paladins as much as they should have in vanilla or TBC, so it’s still kind of new to them understanding how if they just wait a few seconds to let you get a little bit of a lead on threat before they start AoE that it becomes almost impossible to pull off of you, assuming you’re not one of the prot paladins who doesn’t know how to know what seal to have up, which usually comes from buying their way to 60.

I haven’t tanked much on my paladin… Just a little between levels 20 and 30… but my druid is a tank all the way.

Tanking isn’t new to me. My biggest gripe isn’t about people not waiting for tanks to establish threat… it’s that they’re going ahead of the tank (whether it be me tanking, or someone else,) and then whining about taking hits or dying.

Ultimately, if I’m tanking a run, I’ll let you mess up a couple times and taunt off of you. But after that, it’s “you yank it, you tank it.” Taunts should be reserved for built-in mechanics (like if a boss drops agro,) if the healer’s taking a pounding, or if crap hits the fan and a taunt is warranted.

When I see them run ahead and start casting, I usually just get a “brb” into chat right before their cast goes off, and leave them to deal with it while I just sit and watch.

When it comes to HoTs and what not on the druid…

I find that if I have to do that much more work so the rest of the party can be irresponsible, then I find others to run with in the future. In the end, it’s about team work. I really don’t like having to press 10 buttons so some jackass can span one button over and over.
