Hello! This is Auir from Morning Brew on Illidan [H], Illidan’s premier morning mythic raid guild.
The goal of Morning Brew is to achieve Cutting Edge each tier while maintaining an environment of cooperation, competition, and consistent improvement.
We are a guild of dedicated and ambitious players. As a guild we engage in all aspects of WoW: Raiding, Keystones, PvP, Transmog, Achievements and much more.
We are searching for specific classes and roles to further improve our talented team.

RAID TEAM 1 SCHEDULE : 8am-11am CST | Wed/Thurs/Friday (12/12M)
RAID TEAM 2 SCHEDULE: 8am-11am CST | Monday (8/12M)
Raid Team 1 Recruitment Needs:
Ranged – Warlock, Mage, Hunter, Balance Druid, Hunter
Melee - Demon Hunter, Warrior
Healer-Pally or Resto Druid
Raid Team 2 Recruitment Needs:
Range -Warlock,Balance Druid, Shadow Priest, Mage
Melee- Paladin, Monk, DK
Tank- DK, Pally, Monk, DH (With DPS off set)
Requirements to Apply
Raid Team 1: 8/12 current tier Mythic raiding experienced is required. We have mandatory addons and WeakAuras that we expect all raiders to use. Discord and a working headset/microphone are required.
Raid Team 2: 3/12M current tier Mythic raiding experienced is required. We have mandatory addons and WeakAuras that we expect all raiders to use. Discord and a working headset/microphone are required.
Attendance
We are interested in consistent players who are reliable, realistic and honest about their day-to-day schedule. We ask for 83% attendance (10 out of 12 raid days a month) or (3 out of 4 days a month).
Trial Period
Two raid weeks from start date or nine consecutive days demonstrating on-time attendance and play. Start date begins on the first raid day you are present. Normal attendance rules apply during this time.

What we expect from you
-Respectful conduct that represents the best interests of the guild.
-83% (10 of 12 raid days) or (3 of 4 raid days) on-time Attendance. Absences communicated 24 hours in advance.
-Adequate verbal communication skills, defined by the ability to listen, understand and speak English on Discord.
-The ability to play at a high level: parsing well while also dealing appropriately with mechanics and the overall demands of each encounter.
-Motivation to improve and the mindfulness to seek out answers and advice.
