There’s a pink plate set from BC, Bloodscale armor. Has little hearts to complete the bikini armor look*. A bunch of greens that aren’t too hard to get; though you could probably get them really cheap on the AH too.
Purple armor on the other hand is all over the place. Don’t need any more of that stuff.
*At least on girls. No clue what it looks like on the boys.
Actually! they could do it with new gear, like the SL legendaries. add a dye system for only them.

Actually, for a VERY long time, guys would wear pink fabrics in their clothing because pink was an EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE COLOR to have things dyed. They did it to show off their wealth!! 
I prefer purple to pink, but either way I would love more varied colors in gear!! They have occasionally made a very brightly colored piece only to have it be the ONLY thing in it’s color. So you can’t really wear it because you have nothing to mix and match with it. Things like the drop from Mt. Hyjal Archimonde, “Mail of Fevered Pursuit”.

I love this piece and utterly nothing matches it.
Also, FWIW, we also have a distinct lack of anything in TRUE black. There are some very dark browns and charcoals and very dark blues, but almost nothing at all which is actually black.
Agreed! That’s why I like the Azshara LFR/Nighthold Mythic set, it’s really nice and colorful (though more magenta than pink). There are a lot of ways to make them look nice. Though I’m sure Blizzard avoids it for a very specific reason I’d rather avoid getting into. 
Not sure why this was hidden… I see nothing wrong with the subject, and its a valid discussion.
I dislike pink, and not the biggest fan of purple either (ignore my current mog. I’m trying out new things with appearances.) but more options is always good, and i wouldn’t argue with pink being thrown in for those who do want it. heck, recolor some of the already existing sets, like the world drop BoE hyperion set. I’d like to see that in more colors (like a green and blue coloring for it.) Also, wee need more black gear. the closest thing i’ve gotten is charcoal coloring with red rimming, which i like, but i still want more options when it comes to black. and more green stuff would be nice too.
I never understood this but there is a real lack of black armor. Everything in the game follows 3 colors - red, purple, green. There are a few blueish things (that never seem to be the same color blue). I want my DK in a full set of black plate and my shadow priest in a tattered black robe. Very few black options.
Other colors should be used for a change. Granted one of my friends wants more colors just so they can make a mog themed after the bi pride flag. I mean something not involving mega old armor that looks bad.

But I do agree, more purple is needed, especially for leather.
I want BLACK or WHITE gear.

Just more pastels in general please. Pink first though… it’s my favorite. 
I like the bikini tops for druid in WoD from HFC, would love to see a dark pink ones that goes with a kilt, more cut off tops too, There was a similar tier pvp purple set that resembles the HFC druid set, no longer available

Would be cool to have the dye system like Nerinth has mentioned. Pink weapons to match the mogs.

It is such a shame we cant dye our gear in this ancient game. So much upgrading could be done to customizations and especially gear design.
I also would prefer more glowy gear, from very obvious to subtle. …It always makes it more appealing to look at imo
