It of course attracts people with various opinions all different. Blizz is going to make a choice and someone isn’t going to get what they want, they’ll say “Blizzard doesn’t listen” are they right?

I think the reason why people hate the “white knight echo chamber” is because often there is zero reasoning, zero logical reasoning and absolutely nothing of substance other than to actively mock and dissuade players from giving any sort of negative feedback.
Yes they are right when a LOT of people are saying the same thing. When the majority slowly shifts over to the side of “Devs are not listening to us” why do you think they are not right?
You are using fantasy decision making from your own headcannon instead of thinking in realistic terms.

Maybe they disagree with your feedback and as long as they follow the forum guidelines they can say whatever they want.

what makes you think this is the case? Even if 100% of the forums agreed on something that wouldn’t be the majoirty of anything but the forums. ALL of the wow sites combined aren’t the majority of the playerbase.

Play a healer or tank, queues times are near instant.
Play less DPS and queue times will improve

Funny how these “a lot” of people don’t seem to exist anywhere. From what literally every place of media (forums, content creators and social media) seems to show, it looks like you are in the minority. 
Oh we’ll see. How come your “majority” isn’t appearing in devs interviews and praising them for their work?
As you think of yourself they think of themselves as being the reasonable one. That’s all I can say to that.

The reason you posted this in the first place is because you know the forums are filled with a LOT of posts like these. Plus add in to the people like content creators outside the forums and also other forums or places where disgruntled people seem to be the majority and…
suddenly you start looking real bad.
This is what I’m saying: You lot are the primarily focused on the destruction of the game.
Generally white knights:
- Mock people for complaining whether it’s reasonable or not
- Just ask them to leave if they don’t like it and don’t seem to understand the concept of people trying to make the game better by staying.
So if you are a white knight (I don’t think you are), then you are doing more damage to the game than even “WoW sucks” posters.
I don’t think they should design the game based on committee or try to cater to every little whim of the forums, but when you have consistent, overwhelming feedback that says the same or similar for literal years on end, at a certain point you are ignoring your customers and should at least have the decency to admit as much.

Exactly. Not all feedback is trash there is constructive feedback which is also being dumped.

Maybe I shouldn’t have assumed but I thought you would have considered yourself as being reasonable.
How many is a lot? Let’s say there are a thousand threads each with 100 unique players. That’s 100k grumpy people. How many content creators are there? 10? Idk let’s also say 100k content creators as well, and 300k players from other forums, that’s 500k players 
Is that the majority of the playerbase? How big do you think the playerbase is? Majority to me would be 51% so do you think the entirety of the wow playerbase is ~980k?
I like to consider myself a man of reason. I always try to understand everything whether I agree with it or not doesn’t matter. If someone can explain something reasonably I can understand, like Spock said

even if you’re totally out of your mind crazy and think there’s a colony of aliens living under your fingernails, if you can explain it reasonably I’ll at least understand where you’re coming from but saying “the majority” this and “a lot of players” that I can’t understand, you have to know, you have to that all of the players you’ve seen say these things aren’t the majority.
It’s not logical, it doesn’t make sense to me, everyone knows there’s millions of players but people see DOZENS of posts around the internet and think that’s the majority opinion, that just boggles my mind and I’ll never understand it.

That is not for me to say. I don’t communicate with myself on these forums.
So whether people see me as reasonable, a white knight, a noob or a elite it doesn’t matter in the least.
Sadly before that number…how many do you have in your “a lot”? About 5 to 10 posters creating what? 2 to 3 threads?
Like I said, it slowly makes you look bad if you look into the threads

You went with the “people always complain so everyone’s feedback is whiny” logic which is why I called your post out for the niche extreme it showed.
