What? This makes zero sense, they implemented it organically, like would happen in society. You want people’s faces smacked with it? Nah, not right.
I give them credit for it, even though it wasn’t necessary in the slightest, yet when they do something good you demand more… What’s that old adage? “You give an inch, they take a mile…”

Pretty much. I would never have known about pelagos had I not spoken to that npc and I’m fine with that. I didn’t need to know since it doesn’t enhance my gameplay or add to the story. These people like the op posting these troll threads just wanna shove their issues into my face every 2 seconds. I don’t care who they choose to bump uglies with, its none of my business but yet they wanna constantly throw it in my face. Theres a saying “how do you know someone’s a vegan? Don’t worry they’ll tell you” same can be applied here.

Maybe. I’m certain it must feel that way if this is an issue that has impacted your life. But many of us are dealing with the fact that a pandemic has killed hundreds of thousands of people, our economy is crumbling, and we have family out of work.
We’re trying, collectively, to find a way to make ends meet. To deal with the consistent erosion of our family wealth, with no end in sight.
Most Americans believe in liberty, and don’t want to see anyone oppressed. We fought for and after an embarrassingly long time finally added the right for LGBT+ to marry whomever they chose.
Yet the same people have no problem demonizing religion, and quickly pointing out that it’s okay because sexuality isn’t a choice, and religion is. I think the pushback is from people who are tired of having their lives mocked and trivialized. You have no idea what they’ve been through.
Some of us have fought in real wars. Some of us have held the hands of loved ones as they’ve died. Some of us have been homeless. The fact that your biggest concern would be a tabard in a video game shows a narcissistic lack of awareness.
Read the room. The world is hurting.

Your fight to give awareness to your sexual agenda or orientation in a video game confirms your still in your own closet about the issue. Get outside , go march for your rights and make a real difference. Stop hiding behind multiple cartoon characters to make your point. Blizzard does not “need” to make any changes to make your “representation” known. You are playing a victim here now and I feel you are really just trolling.
Why would it be Blizzards job to make you feel better about yourself? They don’t need to nor do they care about LBGT+ rights and representation. I mean, it is fine to have your own orientation but why slap it in everyones faces on a online game? Get lost.

Exactly. As someone who worked for the UN for a year in the Middle East… I can tell you. The op, and others who push this have no IDEA how good they have it. I have seen some awful AWFUL things.

I could imagine. Me personally I’ve watched a close friend I knew for over 10 years die right in front of me and when I was a baby a “thing” happened too me but unlike the op troll of this thread I dont demand others cater to my issues. Like any normal adult I pick myself up and push forward dealing with it the best I can.
Yes we need Lettuce, Guacamole, Bacon and Tomato sandwiches in the food sellers for sure!
