We have a bunch of western races but one lonely Panda.
Lack of diversity makes me a sad Panda.

None of the races are supposed to represent any actual human race (besides the humans, of course)

I know but most WoW races are based of western mythology/lore.
Pandaren are the only exception.
Don’t forget the other people in Pandaria. Jinyu & Mogu exist too.

Sethrak are Egyptian, and Draenei are near-eastern. Ankoan are samurai.

Most WoW races take inspiration from real-world cultures, or are heavily coded as a certain ethnicity.
Thats cause Samwise Didier had created Chen, and it was his dream to make Mists. Man, thats still my favorite expac.
