Blizzard has a ToS in place that punishes bots and does not allow 3rd party jazz.
It really boils down to:
“This person has more money to level multiple characters and I’m mad about it.”
It’s coveting, pure and simple.

Cool, I started multiboxing when Blizzard force me to buy a second account because I reached the character cap.
It’s probably a good reason why Blizzard hasn’t really publicly addressed the issue. Nothing but cheap insults and pointless twitter hashtags, not the aforementioned disinformation campaign put on by the botting community to distract from their activities.
How many time can you say, Multiboxing isn’t against the ToU but they don’t support the tools. They even put out a article that tells you how to launch multiple instances of the game, making it easier to box.

Only time I had was in stormhelm the rest of the time nah no problem just fallow them.
We don’t interact with under 460 ilvl friend, this is the reason.
Case in point why Blizzard ignores these threads.
If anything I am fine with boxers, but have some way to detect the game running multiple accounts and auto place them in warmode
