Correct. Casuals can earn M15 gear no problem. Bad/lazy players cannot.
There is nothing stopping someone who plays 1 hour a week from running 1 M15 a week. You could very easily have yourself a nice set of gear at that pace and that’s an EXTREMELY small amount of time to play a game let’s be honest.
