With the introduction of old content legendaries with visual effects being able to be transmog’d it would be great if Blizzard could do this with the MoP legendary cloak. Have spent so much time levelling it up and farming it back in MoP and then seeing all these other legendaries to be transmogs with thier visual affects and not seeing my is not fun and not rewarding. Could we please have a patch soon to add this into the game!

They tried. It’s why we’ve had the cloaks for transmogrification for quite a while. But they couldn’t figure out how to make the visuals work.
Give it another try, Blizz. Please 
I really want them to do it again, was the only reason why I loved that cloak.
