Hello just wondering if this is a bug or intended but the items from the new rep Dominance Offensive from the new patch aren’t upgradable (+4 0/2 ilvl upgrades via Justice points).

I’d also like to know. I’m disappointed that I spent 1250 valor on a 496 ring when I could’ve just upgraded my 489 for much less.
confirmed cannot upgrade the new rep gear.
I know a lot of people that did this for their alts or new mains they started late in phase 1, wowhead has people from original mop saying that they were upgradable BUT someone posted this on the WoW Classic Bug Reporting Community on Github and Zirene (WoW Dev Team) posted on there saying this wasn’t a bug and nowhere could he find a tag (in the code I’m guessing) saying these were upgradable.
Really dumb imo tbh since every other valor piece is upgradable and I know for a fact lots of players that bought these only to be disappointed. These would have been great catchup items, especially for players that take these characters into full or partial heroic clears. That’s the way she goes though, don’t except these to change to upgradable if I had a guess. Pretty pissed I wasted valor on this too, sorry guys if this comes as bad news.

Yea I just found that today, I made a post about it a day or 2 ago. Trust me I’m not happy cause that valor would have led to easy upgrades. Sorry it happened to yall too, I was so excited when I hit honored for those upgrades since my rings and a few other slots are holding my ilvl down.
As of 10/3/25, Dominance Offensive rep rewards can now be upgraded.
