Prophet Skeram disabling buffs & passive talents/glyphs/racials

He just despawned on me after getting near 30% health. I don’t recall him ever “bugging out” on me in Retail, so it’s curious he has all these issues in Classic. 20 minutes later, still no prophet, and the way past him is still shut.
