if you only applied moonfire and sunfire and ran around you’d probably do >35k dps

Been gearing my ret recently and the amount of pop that class has is addicting sometimes. Destro lock probably hasn’t biggest 3 global burst too?

and i thought about destro but idk, you can get stopped on ur burst unless u mean instants like conflage incinerate shadowburn(not sure how much this hits but i think the nerfs stopped a lot of this dam)

Armor is so outdated its unreal it literally nerfs only a handful of speccs and for others is absolutely irrelevant. Its like it was meant to exist to just to annoy you that against some classes you cant do significant damage and against others you do too much. Im absolutely sure how armor affects pvp is a complete afterthought from blizz otherwise it wouldnt exist anymore or every melee would be put alike.

Yeah, I thought they were making armor tweaks in SL due to keys and it was rolling over in pvp. Like, buffing mobs by making armor weaker which made all the physical stuff stronger.

for the same attack, if the physical dmg done increases based on armor

Plate > Mail > Leather > Cloth

Then for the same spell, why isn’t magic dmg done increasing the other way around

cloth > leather > mail > plate

Or more realistically, why not make plate wearer move slower than mail wear who is slower than leather wear who is slower than the cloth wearer.

armor is weird arbitrary and archaic

if you’re a weirdo that genuinely believes it adds important flavor then you can’t NOT support higher armor = slower movement speed

along the same lines, why does a cloth wearer take more physical dmg than a plate wearer. isn’t this flavor as you say?
