Yea but one shotting Prot is the easiest thing to do in the game since they are super squishy. Do that to a Tanky Dps like Warrior/Lock/Mage if you are trying to impress someone.

Doesn’t matter how squishy they are when there is a 45 second auto immunity, a 2 minute manual cheat death, a divine shield, a second immunity that doesn’t share forebearance, Blessing of Protection/Spellwarding, and the ability to heal through the 50% bonus damage you take without mana constraints.
Prot paladin in its current design isn’t healthy for the game. Maybe if Guardian and AutoGuardian were gone it wouldn’t be so cancer

I generally try to be pretty nice to ppl even if their comp is annoying cause I want everyone to have fun but, omfg if you play prot in arena you are the most disgusting aidsbaby player. I will pay you to uninstall the game.
I don’t care so much if it’s Prot/X, but Prot/Healer/X always gets a /spit from me, and like you, I try to be very nice to people in most scenarios.
Well yea they need defensive buffs so they aren’t way squishier then Dps. I’d like their healing toned down but them to return as actual Tanks. All Tanks need defensive buffs actually. No reason for Dps to be the real Tanks.
In your little trolly world, let’s say tanks receive a lot of defensive buffs.
Then, no one attacks them and they do no damage, so no one plays them because they’re not viable and do nothing.

Well then you would keep buffing Tanks so they are not only viable but competitive at high ratings. PvP needs to be balanced around the 3 Class roles. We need a lot more Tank variety at high ratings and comp diversity. The most exciting AWC matches in recent years had a Tank in it. We need more of that.
If Arena can’t do that then maybe it’s time to remove Arena and focus on other aspects of PvP in this game. Which might not be a bad idea since most PvP players don’t even do Arena. PvP in this game should be focused on large battles.
Tanks have been a huge part of PvP in this game since the beginning but then you don’t want them in Arena. Makes no sense. Maybe it’s time to get rid of Arena and focus on BGs, Brawls etc where the 3 Class roles operate better.
PS - It’s really weird how you hate Tanks then build your Dps to be more Tanky then Tanks while doing more damage and healing. The double standard is crazy.
