If MW is sad that it can’t teleport the flag, then paladin would like to talk about how it can’t use 3 to 4 of its defensives with a flag depending on spec.
Did you even read what you quoted?
Because… I brought up paladin, and said they shouldn’t have said restrictions; even with access to all CDs they’d be mediocre at best for FCing.

I read it. I appreciate the paladin mention. As you did mention, if retribution was immune for 8 seconds( if the defensive wasn’t immediately dispelled), it would not be as viable as teleporting away from enemies, torpedoing through the air and rolling to maintain a distance beyond even mm hunter for the duration of the flag carry. There was a time when Mistweavers we’re faster than ground mounts while holding a flag, obviously it had to change. The other outliers, can get the nerf bat too, or slow specs can be buffed. The reply may have been aimed at you literally, but it was more for the group discussion that’s going on. I could have targeted the original poster for the reply instead, sorry.
Wish they had made that change early last season, I might not have quit the first month of the season. Being perm FC when I just wanted to watch the map and heal sucked.
And Shaman cant burrow while holding flag !!!

I would be okay with Temple, Silver Shard, AB, EoTS, Gilneas, and whatever the new map is called being the only maps–maybe do some sort of team brawl king of the hill map for lulz.
There’s 2 flag maps and somehow it was like 50% of the games I queued into.
Apparently monk port cannot be used with orb in Kotmogu anymore either.
FC maps are one thing, but the Kotmogu change is completely ridiculous, considering half the classes in the game can Z-axis out of the inner ring on a shorter CD.

Yes. Any leap, targeted or otherwise, works to go out of Kotmogu ring. Even Evoker can Rescue out.
There is zero reason that monk port shouldn’t work.

I was afraid they’d heavy hand the nerf like this. Half the classes already have ways to get up on the ledge, they didn’t need to nerf this.

Yep. It’s absurd what an unnuanced knee-jerk nerf this is. Not usable with any flag/orb whatsoever, in any BG.
Lowers the skill expression of the class dramatically.

Well I rarely picked tok orb as MW before so now I have even less incentive. I can’t wait to pick flag in eots then get knocked off and be unable to port to safety. Guess I’ll just die.
