You mean a monastery (for monks)?
Well, if you’re thinking a Pandaria-based monastery, consider names that are Chinese (much of Pandaria is based on Chinese culture). Or nature items with Chinese symbolism (ex: lotus).
As for ranks, perhaps Grandmaster (would be an older character), Lead Teacher, Senior Student, Junior Student, and Novice (rank for those who just joined, who the guild is still deciding whether they fit with the guild’s concept and RP style).
