Mok'Nathal is confirmed?

you guys bring up a good point in that humans and every race for that matter should just have like 2 sub races to choose from rather than this straight allied race tab we currently have where we have no clue what will happen next

We have to have equal balance allied race wise. Can’t give Horde a new race, while leaving the Alliance hanging

then tell us what races youd like and lets start a discussion. you’ve done a lot of talking and yet have contributed no ideas to the discussion

They said at the start we would see disparity for short periods of time on races. every single other allied race is a rework of an existing model besides the KT humans. I would be happy leaving you in the dust for my reskinned nelf while you are getting an entirely new race custom made for you.

I’ll trade you 3 of our recolored horses and our looking like customization option for reg draenei (lightforged draenei) for your Nightborne

you mean even skinnier night elves lol. we literally got Tauren 2, Brown orcs and skinny night elves and soon zandalari another race whose skeleton is also the night elf one. Be happy you got the fat humans and not another race based on night elves. But still no deal I hate horses and Draenei.

Please, you horde have been getting the love all this expac, it’s only fair

Is that why we are getting set up for SoO 2.0 . Jaina literally has a flying magic boat your king can mass rez and your leaders have so much plot armour they should be too heavy to move.

Besides Kul’tiras our lore is meh, recolored mounts with some kitties, horde focused raid sets, forced to follow Anduin like mindless mind controlled zombies, human potential, and no player choice.

I would rather watch paint dry besides this snoozefest

I ENVY YOU!

So you want a race that looks completely identical to normal humans with the only difference being that the race’s name has ā€œKul Tiranā€ in front of it.

There are differences. Pirate like culture, way more awesome lore, can be druids and shamans, and wicked heritage armor

Sure, but if this hypothetical race is intended as a counterpart to Mok’Nathal, the Alliance would be getting screwed big time.

I’m right there with you. I’d play one as well.
I actually feel like the Kul’tiran rig makes a lot of sense as the KT are kind of based off Vrykul and the Vrykul seem to be based off the orc rig.
Think that’s why the males have the stupid hunch.

As for an alliance release companion, I think the one that’d make the most sense are Broken/Krokuul.
Both races being left behind clans on broken worlds.
I also feel like that’s the very reason Velen is sitting in the Embassy.
I’d posted a little write up the other day suggesting this very thing.
There’s even an allied race image fan mock-up for both being released together.
I can easily see a recruitment quest where Velen wants to go back to Argus and get them with the help of the Lightforged and the Vindicaar. Maybe take Umbric along. He can help free additional void-addled Broken.

They definitely need to be a thing as well, rounding it out with Vrykul for Alliance.

Vrykul > Kul’tiran > Human
Ogre > Half-Ogre > Orc

Oh, God. I super hope Mok’nathal are on the list of ARs to be implemented. That there is the dream.

I’m pretty sure I’d race change half of my characters.

There’s the image someone made.

broken would have been far better than lightforged. they’re stranded on argus for pete sake.

Agreed, that or Eredar.

I would go horde for Eredar

They make more sense than the Void Elves too, you’re even working their rep to get the Elves…

To be fair, void elves are interesting, and have potential if they got new lore added

Yeah, I’ve just always thought it was odd you’re working for rep with the Krokuul and then you get Void Elves out of it.

I still wonder if something changed around during the development and they went ahead with using that rep when it was planned for the Broken.
