It has been brought to my attention that the recent shift in power for Mistweaver monks are currently putting them into the ground on the healing meters.
The change stems from shifting the focus to their mastery. A mastery that, from what I am being told by people I know who play Mistweaver, Sucks. Obviously this is an issue for them as people who enjoy the healing style of that class and pushing higher end content are going to be rejected from doing such.
This video breaks it down. TLDR is multiple rounds of nerfs, loss of a good tier set from season 1, and the major investment into a Mastery that doesnt function that well.

Honestly? There are probably several specs/classes suffering right now from just a lack of care into the changes being put into them. This one was brought to my attention, and now I am posting it here. Maybe an internal discussion with the class development teams on what is going on is needed because this is a good way to lose players and subs.
