I’ll weigh in as well.
I’ve already mentioned it, but I’ll do so again:
I doubt this would ever happen without substantial nerfs to the class.
That’s not to say I wouldn’t enjoy it just for the sake of enjoyment/dopamine from going fast.
I’d like this too, but I’m not sure they’d be able to balance the class properly with the modifiers gone. It feels like an intentional restriction because of how the class mechanics work.
Beyond insane, yes.
I partially agree. I would like for it to be more of an active component for Fistweavers.
A stance I would take would actually be to heavily increase the damage and healing, but also increase the mana cost as well, while removing the cooldown. Also, extend the buffs to last around 30 seconds. I actually believe this would be an interesting change.
And keep the Gust of Mist trigger for Mastery to continue having decent value outside Chi’Ji and Crane Style (RSK)
Though, for PvP, they’d have to modify the PvP Talent to keep it where it is currently, since the slow is very valuable, and the uptime is already a non-issue.
Personally, I like it where it is right now. A large part of its value is because of the fact it’s On-Demand, unlike SCK randomly triggering when you don’t need it, and fading when you do.
You can also use Heart of the Jade Serpent and Celestial Conduit (Unity Within) to speed up TFT, which gives it more uptime.
Though, I do see your concern about it being tied to TFT. If they were to decouple it from TFT, and make it gain a charge every 30s on its own, accelerated by HotJS and Unity Within, that would be pretty decent.
Would be nice. Keep the 3s CD as well though.
Personally, I really like it. I liked it more when Chi’Ji had its cooldown-reduction mechanic. +15% Haste during those windows actually made a huge difference.
An option for this would be pretty chill.
