You can press minimal dmg buttons and still time 20-23’s. Healer’s arent there to make up for bad dps who cant do their jobs. If 20’s arent being timed it’s not because the healer didn’t min max their damage or isnt pushing 20k more damage than the meta build.
It will generally be because people didn’t do mechanics properly ( using defensives mainly which mean dead dps which mean lost time ) or because dps are that bad, which you see frequently in the 16-20 bracket, in that case no healer dmg will make up for dps pulling sub 40k-50k dps the entire run.
