On 5/26/2022 Me and 4 guildies attempted to time a MISTS +20. When moving to the maze portion of the dungeon, we attempted to go through the correct portal to continue through the maze, to find out that the portal no longer worked or interacted with us during game play. All other portals would send us back to the start off the dungeon. The members in party were myself, Onsides-Proudmoore, Sarracenia-Proudmoore, Arrio-Proudmoore, and Annibiotix-Proudmoore. The keyowner is Onsides, and currently has a 19 Mists because of this in his inventory. This key would have been easily time-able for our group. Is there anyway you can reset his keystone to a 20 so we may attempt again?
