MIssion Table RESET please!? Been 6 MONTHS!

My troops are sent on Catastrophic Skeleton Infestation mission and the timer has completed. However when I click to complete the mission, it goes through the combat animation, then the rewards page. When I click to continue, nothing happens, and the mission is still active on my list. It again shows click to complete the mission on the main list of missions page.

Basically my troops are all stuck in a mission that has already completed timer-wise, but I am unable to get the rewards and free them from that mission. It has been stuck like this for 2 days, and I thought the Tuesday reset would help, but it didn’t reset anything.

So my troops are stuck in that mission, and I’m unable to start another mission with those stuck troops.

It’s been 6 months since my troops been stuck!

So, is it 2 days or 6 months, which is it?

Have you tried doing a full UI reset?

I suggest also disabling all addons.

Could be one of them is causing an issue.

I quit Wow after playing only 1 month of this expansion back in Dec 2020. I reinstalled WoW fresh today and decided to come back in to see if the launch bugs have been ironed out. Without a single addon installed and launching the game fresh from download, I clicked on my mission table, and the broke-a$$ table is still broke-a$$ for me. At this point, it is my humble opinion that the problem lies not on the client side, but on the server side. I sincerely asks that someone on the blizzard side, please reset my mission table for me.

P.S. I posted the same initial bug report above back in Dec 2020. It did not get any response or help back then. I simply cut-and-pasted it today as it reflects the same bug (with the updated wait time).

No. But I did buy a brand new SSD, re-installed Windows and downloaded a virgin copy of WoW untouched by any addons.

That’s not what happens on the forums. In-game issues can only be fixed by a GM, and GM assistance is not requested through the forums. You’ll need to submit a ticket.

Try this ticket submission page. I’ve set it up as a “Problem with Quest” assistance report, which seems the most likely match to what you’re describing.

As to this specific Bug Reports forum, the only Blizzard employees who follow it are QA folks who gather bug reports to forward to the developers to fix. They don’t talk much (in fact, at all) if the reported bug is clear enough to forward without soliciting more info. So don’t be surprised if the only responses you see here are from your fellow players.

Holy $hitz… do you know how hard it is to find this page? Through the convoluted maze of options on their support site, I could not navigate to find the submit ticket option. I couldn’t find it 6 months ago, and I still can’t find it on my own today. I was convinced they removed the option to submit tickets altogether!
