I have completed Mists of Tirna Scithe mythic +10 multiple times within timer and have the Keystone Hero achievement. However, I do not have the teleport. On the Mythic+ Dungeons tab, even though it has a “10” at the top, underneath it says best run is a 9.
Is it under a different drop down in your menu? IE: Hero’s Path: Shadowlands, not under Hero’s Path: The War Within. Or is it completely missing?

^was going to ask that. All dungeon teleports go under the expansion dropdown they belong to; not the one they were earned in.
As for the dungeon “best” display still showing a big 9 instead of a 10, this is because there is an ongoing bug with regards to Challenger’s Peril. If you finish the dungeon with less than 90 seconds left, the “best run” display thinks you didn’t time it because Blizzard didn’t account for updating that display when they made the change to the affix. It does not have any actual functional impact, however; you should have the teleport if you’ve timed a key within those constraints since that change.

Have you tried
“/cast Path of the Misty Forest”? As someone else said, it’s under Shadowlands portals, not TWW. If the /cast works, then maybe you have some weird addon bug/ui issue.

Thanks, you guys were right. Looks like the “best run” part is just a UI bug, but the teleport is under the shadowlands portals.
